Our Emergency First-Aid Response is geared towards more urgent or potentially serious incidents where rapid professional medical assessment and stabilization are crucial.

Think of Emergency Response as the next level up – bridging the gap for situations more serious than a basic cut, but perhaps not always requiring immediate 911 transport. Both services involve sending a certified medical professional to your site, but the urgency, scope of potential conditions, and primary goal (stabilization/urgent care vs. routine first aid/recordability management) differ.

Always call 911 immediately for life-threatening emergencies such as unconsciousness, difficulty breathing, chest pain, severe uncontrolled bleeding, or major trauma. QuickCare Emergency Response is NOT a replacement for 911 in these critical situations.

QuickCare Emergency Response is ideal for situations that are urgent and require professional medical attention quickly, but may not necessarily warrant immediate ambulance transport. Examples include:

• Serious lacerations needing assessment for closure
• Significant burns requiring professional evaluation
• Possible fractures or dislocations needing stabilization
• Severe allergic reactions (after initial 911 call if required by protocol)
• Eye injuries needing expert assessment
• Situations where professional medical judgment is needed to determine if transport is necessary.

We work with you during onboarding to establish clear protocols for your team on when to call 911 versus QuickCare Emergency Response.

Our certified medical responders are equipped and trained to assess and provide initial stabilizing care for a wide range of urgent workplace incidents, including:
