1. Introduction

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which QuickCare Employer Solutions LLC ("QuickCare") will extend Net 30 payment terms to its customers. By applying for and accepting Net 30 terms, the customer ("Customer") agrees to the following terms:

• The maximum credit limit extended to the Customer is $100,000. QuickCare reserves the right to review and adjust this limit at its discretion.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Due Date: Payment is due on the 10th of every month.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via check, ACH, or credit card.
• Early Payment Discount: A [insert percentage]% discount will be applied for payments received within 5 days of the statement date.

6. Legal Provisions

• Jurisdiction: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
• Attorney's Fees: In the event of a legal dispute, the Customer will be responsible for QuickCare's attorney fees and costs if QuickCare prevails.

7. Termination of Agreement

• QuickCare reserves the right to terminate this agreement and revoke Net 30 terms at any time with written notice to the Customer.

8. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep all business information exchanged under this agreement confidential and to use such information solely for the purpose of this agreement.

9. Data Protection

• QuickCare will protect customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and industry standards.

10. Force Majeure

• Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

11. Amendments

• QuickCare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in writing, and continued use of Net 30 terms after such notification will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
