What this site is

This site describes the workplace health and safety services we offer and lets you get in touch about them. It is marketing and general information.

It is not medical, legal or regulatory advice. Nothing on this site creates a clinician–patient relationship, and nothing on it should be relied on to determine your obligations under OSHA, DOT or any other regulation. Whether a specific injury is recordable, whether a specific worker is cleared for respirator use, and what your programme must contain are determinations that depend on facts we cannot know from a web page. Consult the applicable standard and a qualified professional.

Services and availability

On-site services are available only within the geographic areas we currently serve, and availability is confirmed when we scope your engagement — not by this website. ProTrain's online respirator medical evaluations have a different, broader availability. Descriptions of coverage on this site are indicative.

Prices shown are indicative and subject to change, to scoping, and to the terms of your written agreement. Any actual engagement is governed by that agreement, which prevails over anything stated here.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or to submit false or misleading information;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping that degrades service;
• use the site's content commercially without our written permission.

Submissions
