How QuickCare Employer Solutions collects, uses and protects information — on this website and in the course of delivering workplace health and safety services.
Last updated September 6, 2026
Who we are
This policy applies to QuickCare Solutions and to this website, goquickcare.com. It covers information we collect from website visitors and from the employers, and their employees, for whom we provide on-site workplace health and safety services and online respirator medical evaluations through ProTrain.
You can reach us about anything on this page at [email protected] or 1-888-250-4659.
Information you give us
We collect information you submit directly through this site:
- Contact and quote requests. Your name, business email, phone number, company, and whatever you write in the message field.
- ProTrain enquiries. The same contact details, plus information about the size and nature of your respirator programme.
- Programme applications. Where you apply to a pricing programme, the business details that application asks for.
We use this to respond to you, to scope and price services, and to keep records of our dealings with your business. We do not sell it.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived.
- Advertising. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which advertising leads to enquiries. This may involve cookies set by Google.
- Our own measurement. This site records page views and interactions (such as which calls to action are used) to a first-party endpoint, tied to a randomly generated session identifier. It is used to improve the site.
- Session cookie. A standard session cookie keeps forms secure against cross-site request forgery. It is strictly necessary for the site to work.
- Server logs. Ordinary web-server records, including IP address and requested URL.
Health information
Clinical information generated when we deliver services — injury reports, drug and alcohol test results, respirator medical evaluation questionnaires and clearance determinations — is handled separately from this website and under stricter controls. It is collected through our clinical systems, not through this marketing site, and is disclosed to your employer only to the extent the applicable regulation permits. For respirator medical evaluations, that generally means the clearance determination itself, not the underlying medical questionnaire.
Where we act as a service provider to your employer, your employer's own policies also govern what happens to that information.
How we share information
We share information only with:
- service providers who operate parts of our business on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing), under contract and only for those purposes;
- the employer who engaged us, to the extent described above;
- professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the advertising measurement described above.
Your choices
- Cookies. Your browser can block or delete cookies. Blocking the strictly necessary session cookie will break form submission.
- Analytics opt-out. Google provides a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all sites.
- Do Not Track. There is no consistent industry standard for handling these signals, and this site does not currently respond to them.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the period the law allows.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and for as long afterwards as our legal, tax and regulatory obligations require — which for occupational-health records can be a long time. We protect it with access controls, encryption in transit, and limits on who inside the business can see what.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged more prominently.
