Founder & CEO of QuickCare Solutions

About William

William Waite, born on July 24, 2001, grew up in Oakley, a small town located approximately 50 miles east of San Francisco on the edge of Contra Costa County. From a young age, William was deeply fascinated by technology, captivated by the intricacies of computer hardware and software. This passion naturally led him to pursue a career in software engineering, where he specialized in developing and managing websites.

In addition to his technical expertise, William earned his EMT certification from Napa Valley College in 2020. His first hands-on EMT experience involved administering COVID-19 vaccines during the critical period at the end of 2020. By mid-2021, William transitioned into Occupational Healthcare, where he discovered a profound interest in creating safer workplaces.

Driven by his commitment to enhancing workplace safety, William founded QuickCare Solutions in early 2023. He established the company to provide on-site First-Aid Response services, ensuring rapid medical assistance directly at the workplace. Under his leadership, QuickCare has rapidly expanded its coverage to all nine Bay Area counties by late 2023.

QuickCare proudly serves major clients such as UPS, Walmart, UCSF Health, Home Depot, and DHL, among others.

Protecting Your Bottom Line

Unexpected incidents can be costly, but they don't have to break the bank. We take the sting out of workplace disruptions by providing seamless, efficient care that safeguards both your employees and your business's bottom line.

Minimizing the Impact

Unexpected incidents are inevitable, but we're here to make them less disruptive. Our organized approach ensures your business stays protected and resilient in the face of workplace injuries and medical situations.

Boosting Productivity

By providing on-site healthcare solutions, we're helping businesses reduce downtime, lower healthcare costs, and create more efficient, productive work environments where employees thrive.

First-Aid Response Service

My passion for creating safer, healthier workplaces drove me to launch QuickCare, and the First-Aid Response Service was at the heart of that mission. I envisioned a service that could bring immediate, high-quality medical care directly to worksites, eliminating delays and ensuring that every employee receives the care they need, right when they need it.

But this is just the beginning. In 2026, we'll be taking another groundbreaking step forward with the introduction of Real-Time Mobile X-Ray Imaging for Workplace Injuries. This advancement will redefine how we respond to workplace incidents, allowing us to diagnose fractures and other injuries on-site, reducing the need for hospital visits, and accelerating recovery times. It's about pushing the boundaries of what's possible in occupational healthcare and continuing to set new standards for the industry.

To maintain the integrity of the average response time for typical engagements, data from clients whose operational environments impose external, non-controllable delays (e.g., travel time by boat to remote islands, prolonged security checks at high-security facilities) were mathematically excluded.

Average reduction observed across QuickCare clients utilizing on-site first-aid services. To accurately reflect typical client outcomes, we excluded data from clients with influencing factors (e.g., historically negligible incident rates where any change would appear exaggerated, or those undertaking comprehensive, non-QuickCare-related safety transformations).
