   • Lab Testing: For more complex tests or when a lower chance of false results is desired. Results typically available in 2-4 business days.
5. Result Delivery: Results are delivered digitally as soon as they're available. Both the donor and the employer's Designated Employer Representative (DER) receive copies.
6. Clean-up: Our provider performs basic clean-up of the restroom and removes all testing-related materials.

3. The MRO contacts the employee to discuss any legitimate medical explanations (e.g., prescribed medications).
4. If a legitimate explanation exists, the result may be reported as negative.
